School Gardens @ RNS - Aldborough Primary School and Edgefield Nurseries

School Gardens form an important part of our educational activity and give local schools the opportunity to gets hands-on in the horticultural area. From design to implementation, the children take part and work together to great some innovative gardens which are showcased at the Royal Norfolk Show. In 2019, Aldborough Primary School won 'Best School Garden' and usually engage children in a range of activities in their own school garden. The school had been unable to work on their garden in recent months and wanted something engaging and out-of-doors for the children as they have returned to school from early June. With help from the RNAA and Edgefield Nurseries in super quick time, they’ve re-built an amazing garden that will bring joy into the lives of the children and adults at the school alike.
