This is our first real test at altitude. Crossing Baralacha La at 4,890m, our bodies start to struggle — and we realise the Himalayas don’t care how prepared you feel. In Episode 17 of our motorcycle journey to Ladakh, the road narrowed, the drops got steeper, and every mistake suddenly mattered. Riding two-up on our Triumph Tiger, we pushed higher into the mountains, dealing with altitude, exposure, and roads that left no room for error.
