In May 2024 I set about trying to purchase a mini excavator from China. Initially I was looking at a steel tack Jining Vote 1.2 ton to 2 ton excavator, but settled on the Hightop 1.3 ton with rubber tracks. It took 3 whole months to materialise. Apart from a series of breakdowns I've now had it for 5 months and given it a really good workout, here is my review.
