iTIG IV Multi Coil Demonstration

This is a demonstration of the new Electrom iTIG IV Multi Coil (MC) feature. This video features the Model D 4kV tester. The MC feature is optional in Model B and Model C, and included in Model D. The advanced Multi Coil test feature and reporting is used for testing form coils in a bench or laboratory setting. They are also used for testing coils after insertion in the stator slots. The iTIG IV also uses the same software for testing DC motors and armatures. That means the same software is used for bar-to-bar surge testing on the commutator, span surge testing on the commutator, or winding resistance measurements bar-to-bar on the commentator.
