In this episode, the Great Wide Open is heading home from their across Canada RV trip, from British Columbia to Ontario and South. We dive into everything we love about taking the scenic route: wild horses, Harvest Hosts stays, unexpected turnoffs, and a long-awaited update on towing without a weight-distribution hitch (plus anti-sway thoughts after thousands of miles of towing). No WDH for some may be the way to roll. We stop to explore Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, hike out to incredible lookouts on the "head trail", track down an awesome waterfall, and then continue to Lake Superior Provincial Park for the Agawa Rock Pictographs, one of the most unique hikes anywhere around the lake. From there, we turn south, cross the mighty Mackinac Bridge, and roll back into the U.S. as the journey home begins. If you’re into Airstream life, long-haul travel, or just seeing what’s around the next bend, this one’s for you.
