The EGS002 EG8010 + IR2110S Single-Phase Sinusoid Inverter Driver Board is specifically designed to control single-phase sinusoid inverters. It employs the EG8010 control chip, which integrates advanced features for precise frequency control and waveform generation. The driver board incorporates a range of functions, including voltage, current, and real-time temperature protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The board’s IR2110S driver chip facilitates efficient and accurate driving of the inverter circuit. A notable feature is the integration of LED warning indicators, fan control, and jumper-configurable settings for AC output frequency (50/60Hz), soft start mode, and dead time. EGS002 is an improved version of EGS001 that is compatible with EGS001’s original interfaces. EGS002 also integrates cross-conduction prevention logic to enhance its ability of anti-interference, and LCD display interface for users’ convenience to use chip’s built-in display function. EG8010 is a digital pure sine wave inverter ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) with complete function of built-in dead time control. EG8010 can achieve 50/60Hz pure sine wave with high accuracy, low harmonic and distortion by external 12MHz crystal oscillator.
