Is it really possible to travel from Italy's stunning Cinque Terre all the way to Paris in just one day by train? Today, I'll venture across the Riviera for a train journey, to find that out! I'm taking you on an epic rail adventure across two countries, three, if you count Monaco, riding four different trains to get from La Spezia to the French capital before the day is over. Join me as we start our day with the breathtaking views of the Cinque Terre coastline from an Italian Regional train. We'll navigate a tight connection in Genoa, ride along the beautiful Italian Riviera to the border town of Ventimiglia, and then switch to the French railway system. The second half of our journey is all about the glamour of the French Riviera, from the window of an SNCF TER train.
