Homemade Crumble Cookies 🤤🍪 (3 flavours!) You guys have been annoying me for the last few months to recreate crumble’s new cookie flavours- so here u go! ❤️ (crumble ily) Recipe ingredients: 1 cup butter (227g) - use less salt if using salted butter 1/2 cup white sugar (100g) 1 cup brown sugar (200g) 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 3 cups plain flour (350g) 2 tsp corn flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Classic chocolate chip cookie: Add 1/2 cup dark chocolate Freeze 30 minutes and bake Lotus lava cookies: Add 1 tbsp lotus and 1/2 tsp cinammon to the cookie dough. Fill with frozen lotus spread Freeze for 30 minutes before baking Red velvet cheesecake: Add red food colouring, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1 tbsp buttermilk to the cookie dough. (To make buttermilk, mix 1/4 tsp vinegar in 1 tbsp milk) For the filling combine 100g cream cheese, 2 tsp sugar and vanilla. Divide and freeze for 30 minutes.
