KYO = The GOAL you wish to achieve. CHI = The WISDOM needed to reach that goal. GYO = The ACTION you need to take to reach the goal. I = The ‘STATUS’ you will attain when the goal is reached (LISTEN to 16.47min-17.18min where Mr Causton talks about developing great inner-strength, otherwise we will not be able to CREATE VALUE out of the status/benefit/goal we achieved, thus ‘wasting’ the benefit!) This is the longest excerpt in the collection. The Buddhist principle of KYO–CHI–GYO-I is nowdays no longer taught or mentioned. However, it is an important principle. Let us really understand it deep in our chanting - so we can powerfully & effectively put it into practice in our own lives. It is wonderfully explained here by Mr Causton. Enjoy! This excerpt is from the first 18 minutes from the following lecture: • Young Men's Summer Course (1982) part 1 of 2 For all excerpts see • EXCERPTS For my project on vol.2 of the Gosho, see https://archive.org/details/wnd2thema...
