Former employees and pensioners of Timsales Limited have issued a formal notice warning that they will file a constitutional petition if their grievances are not addressed within a specified period. Speaking during a media briefing, counsel representing the former workers said the group had instructed lawyers to initiate proceedings before the Employment and Labour Relations Court should efforts to resolve the matter outside court fail.
