Spice up your day with our Saucy, Spicy, Tangy Chicken Wings! #twinskitchenbyaf #happycookingtoyou #digitalammi #recipe #cooking RECIPE INGREDIANTS: 1/2 Kg Wings 1/3 Cup Butter Milk 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika 1/2 Teaspoon Salt or to Taste 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper (kali Mirch) 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin powder (Zeera) 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour Chilled Water Cooking oil for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Prepare the Spice: -In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin and chilli powder. 2.Season the Wings: -In a large bowl, mix together the wings , butter milk and prepared spices evenly. 3.Coat the Wings: -Toss the wings in the seasoned flour mixture and chilled water until each wing is evenly coated. 4.Fry the Wings: -Carefully add the coated wings to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches if necessary to maintain an even temperature. Fry the wings for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. You can test one wing to ensure it's cooked through. 5.Drain and Season: -Use a slotted spoon to remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate Serve: -Serve the fried crispy wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
