Update as of Dec. 29 here in Surigao City : May tubig na May signal na sa cellphone May WIFI na gamit ang cellular data (LTE) Partial energization of major roads (may traffic light na) thanks to linemen of other city’s electric cooperative (ZANECO - Zamboanga del Norte Electric Cooperative) coming to help Major roads are cleaned up na (fallen trees chainsawed, flown corrugated roofs removed from major streets) Bent electric posts, bent light post still scattered throughout the highway, major & non-major roads in the city Some household trash & debris by the roadside still not picked up by garbage men (which is understable given the magnitude of the area they have to cover) Lots of reliefs goods coming from different cities, agencies, organizations!
