We’re back on Rustella — probably the world’s rustiest 1957 still fighting for a comeback. This thing has had (and still has) more rust than the Titanic, but that’s never stopped us before. In this episode, I’m doing the impossible. Out of 60 patch panels installed, not a single one was bought. Not one. Every piece was hand-bent from flat stock, from the roof clear down to the floor. Old-school, hands-on metal work the hard way. Today we finish up the floor and build a completely missing body mount from scratch.
