Their sound, a masterful blend of melody and aggression, shaped much of my direction as an artist. But the most surreal and unforgettable experience came when I had the privilege of seeing them live on stage only to be given the incredible opportunity to shoot them as a cameraman. Being behind the lens during such a powerful performance was like witnessing magic unfold. The energy, the intensity, and the raw passion of the band were palpable. But what made the experience even more surreal was the chance to meet in person Mikael Stanne, the band’s vocalist. He was everything I had hoped for, a genuinely humble, down-to-earth, and incredibly approachable. A brief conversation with him backstage, surrounded by the excitement of the event, became a moment I will cherish forever. A heartfelt thanks to Slamman Booking Asia, Herriot Band (Official), Azim Jim X Nida, Eroll Eroll Cropox, and Apit Shafiq Shahar for providing me with this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
