The incident which changed the fate of innocent Shahbaz occurred 5 years ago in Gulgasht Multan. There was an issue over a property which legally belongs to RANA AFZAL uncle of Shahbaz and there was a conflict when the other party attacked RANA AFZAL who was in possession of the property to gain and snatch control which resulted in fight . While they were trying to gain control from all sides with large number of thugs armed with guns. Shahbaz along with others left the building in confusion which allowed the other party to enter the building and only AFZAL and his couple of friends were inside the courtyard and they were attacked and beaten with batons and during this time the victim (ALAM SHER) tried to open the shutter of a small room in the courtyard and the shot was fired from the inside of the shuttered room which caused the death of ALAM SHER. During all this hustle SHEHBAZ was not present in the building which is captured by CCTV footage as an transparent evidence there was FIR full of concocted lies by the police which was later contradicted by the second investigation requested by the bereaved family. Also conflicting statements and somersault of lies and many other supporting evidence When the fight was taking place Shahbaz wasn’t present there. Despite a concrete evidence which proves Shahbaz 's innocence the court overlooked the fact that Shahbaz is innocent. After the incident, the police in their initial investigation rendered Shahbaz innocent but the court refuses to do so! The court has refused to shine the light on our evidence(s) and has given the verdict of guilty and penalized Shahbaz with death!
