How to compile a file (Part 1) Civil File

In this video, we will explain all the stages involved in compiling a civil case file. The process starts with filing the plaint (dawa), followed by the written statement (jawab dawa) and any necessary applications. After this, a reply is submitted, and then evidence is provided. The court frames issues, and the Plaintiff Witnesses (PWs) present their evidence through evidence-in-chief and cross-examination. Once the PWs stage is complete, the Defendant Witnesses (DW1 and others) present their evidence. Alongside this, documentary evidence, a list of documents, and a list of reliance are filed. Finally, a summary of the case is prepared, covering all the key points and arguments.
