Finding the best document camera for art teachers - Live Unboxing

Today, I will be unboxing several document cameras as I try to find a doc cam to use in my elementary art classroom. Among them are the Ipevo V4K, the AVer M5, the Okiolabs Okiocam T, the Vizolink D10, the Inswan INS-1 and couple of others. In my search for a good cheap doc cam, I need a document camera that is plug-and-play while working with both Macbooks and Chromebooks. My district prevents us from installing software to our work computers, so whichever doc cam I choose needs to be browser-based (like a Chrome extension). I prefer a 4k image with the ability to autofocus and the ability to project an entire sheet of paper cleanly.
