NEW IOL CUTTER -we demonstrate explant of a 32 diopter opacified Iol ,using a high frequency IOL cutting tool (designed by Dr Neha) the salient tips for use are 1. initially Insert the phaco sleeve with irrigation holes 90 degrees away so as to avoid sleeve being cut. 2. Tip of phaco sleeve should extent till the cutting flange joint 3. After fitting the Sleeve rotate and align the irrigating holes of the phaco sleeve parallel to their cutting flanges before cutting the IOL 4.Use phaco power approx. 40%-60© and bottle height of 80cm to 100 cm 5. Use sodium hyaluronate behind the IOL to separate it from the Posterior capsule 6. Coat endothelium with methyl cellulose viscoelastic
