Complete filling line for canisters I ALBERTINA Machinery

In our newest video you can see our basic filling line that has been designed for canisters. Complete filling line starts with rectangular feeding table. This solution allows an operator the load one layer of canisters from pallet. The table than feed rows of canisters one by one on infeed conveyor belt. A filling machine that we used for this project is our standard APOLLO FM filler with 4 filling position. Filling machine is equipped by flowmeters for very precise product dosing. Machines Apollo FM are easy to adjust, easy to operate and easy to clean so they might be use in wide range of productions. For capping we´ve chosen in-line capping machine CAPLINE CN. The machine has automatic cap feeder that is located on the top of the machine. The operator puts the caps to the caps hopper with integrated elevator which means that machine can work with minimal attention. The machine is equipped by capping head with magnetic clutch that allows to tighten the cap to the requested capping torque. Thanks to the inline design there are no format parts for different size of caniter. Front and back labels are applied by linear labelling machine SYSTEM 5.
