Rating: 4.5/5 - Room (was it clean and comfortable) 3/5 - Inspiration: (how wowed was I by the exterior, lobby, room, and view) 4.5/5 - Service (how friendly was the staff across all departments) 3/5 - Value (how much do I personally value the product and how likely I am to return) Josh’s Score: 15/20 =75% - Good but lobby and restaurant need serious renovation! Pros: -Great location downtown near the famous Beal Street -Renovated rooms -Great breakfast benefit for Platinum and higher Marriott members Cons: -Lobby and restaurant are dated Valet parking was not consistently a good experience and is not always reliable -Valet parking only. Cost: $33 per night Pricing: The average nightly price for a standard room: $200-$270 The average number of Marriott Bonvoy points required per night: 30,000- 40,000 I recommend using cash to stay at this property as long as the rate is about their average price under $250. During peak times, when the rate is higher, consider using points. It is hard to get a good value from your points at this hotel which would be one penny per point.
