Back structure featuring a 2mm layer of foam with holes for breathability and 4 flexible plastic stays keep the belt close to your lumbar and not rounding away from you back. Back foam insulates water from body heat keeping your liquids cooler for longer. 7 pockets total. 2 interior gel pockets. One small zippered pocket inside the back pocket.
