Ingredients: 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen pitted cherries, thawed 2 cups orange juice 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 cups club soda 2 thin orange slices cut in half Directions: In a blender, puree the cherries. Strain the juice to get rid of pulp. Pour the pureed cherries into a large pitcher and stir in the three fruit juices. Place ice in 4 tall glasses. Pour the juice mixture over the ice and add half cup of club soda to each serving. Garnish each glass with orange slices and serve. Makes 6 (1-cup) servings. Sue's Tips: Instead of preparing individual servings, you can serve this sparkling fruit drink in a punch bowl garnished with orange slices. You'll have the whole party drinking to their health. After adding club soda, you can pour the mixture back into the blender, add a few pieces of ice and blend for a slushy effect. This Cooler is packed with vitamins and antioxidants that add anti-cancer benefits to every glass. ----------------------------- This weekly version of our popular cooking show airs every Wednesday night as part of Lakeland News at Ten.
