If you want to eat seafoods but on a tight budget, you can try this easy to cook creamy seafood delight. This is also very convenient to cook. I use frozen mixed seafoods, fish fillet and crab sticks here due to budget limitations. A pack of mixed seafood already contains mussels, shrimps, squid and octopus meat. Each pack only costs between 100-120 pesos. Please note that I am not a chef or a baker. I just love to cook for my family :) Here are the basic ingredients you need: 2 tbsp Canola oil 2 tbsp Butter 4 Cloves Garlic (chopped) 1 White Onion (chopped) 1 Pack Seafood Mix 1 Pack Fish Fillet Fish Tofu (cut in cubes) Crab Sticks (cut in cubes) 2 Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 All Purpose Cream Soy Sauce and Ground Pepper to taste Water Here's How: 1. Fry the fish tofu and set aside 2. On the same pan, add butter and saute the garlic and onion. 3. Put in the mixed seafood and let it simmer on low heat. 4. Then add the fish fillet and crab stick and continue to simmer on low heat. 5. Season it with ground pepper. 6. Then add the fish tofu. 7. Pour the cream of mushroom and all purpose cream. Just let it simmer on low heat. 8. Put soy sauce to taste. 9. You can also add water depending on the consistency that you want. If you want a soup base seafoods, you can add more water.
