I spent many years frustrated that I was single. I held the very incorrect belief that I couldn't be happy on my own. And unfortunately, that left me feeling awful at times. Today, I am single. And it's not necessarily by choice. It's just where I find myself. But as with so many things in life, I've found that perspective is EVERYTHING. Rather than focusing on what I don't have, I make an effort to appreciate the positives that come with being single. Interestingly, every thing I count as a positive, could also be viewed as a negative! So it's up to me to see the positive. If I were married, I'd make the exact same video about the positive things that come with marriage.
