Six months ago my mental health took a proper nose dive. I felt broken and lost. What started as health anxiety after eye surgery turned into panic attacks, ambulance call-outs, medication that didn’t suit me, and some of the darkest thoughts I’ve ever experienced. In this walk and talk in the Cotswolds countryside, I’m sharing what really happened as a 46-year-old husband and dad, and how I'm slowly finding my way back through the right support, movement, therapy and connection. I’m not a mental health professional. Just a normal middle-aged bloke talking honestly about anxiety, panic attacks, men’s mental health and recovery. You’re not weak and you’re not alone. Let’s keep walking. Let’s keep talking. ___________________ Support & Resources (UK) If you’re struggling right now, please don’t carry it alone.
