Cut the butter into chunks and place it into a food processor bowl. 2. Add the honey, chipotle peppers and salt and process until smooth. 3. Taste and season. 4. Transfer the butter to a piece of plastic wrap and shape it roughly into a log. Roll the butter in the plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator or freezer. Citrus Herb Butter Ingredients: ½ pound unsalted butter, room temperature 1 tablespoon lemon zest 1 tablespoon orange zest 1 tablespoon lime zest 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, tarragon) 1 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon salt Directions: 1.
