Excel Table မှာ ရှိတဲ့ Filter နှင့် ရိုးရိုး ဇယား မှာ ရှိတဲ့ Filter ကဘာကွာ လဲ။ Filter တစ်ခု ပါခြင်း/မပါခြင်းသည် Excel Table နှင့် Simple Table ကွာ ခြားသွားစေသလား Excel Table ကို နဂိုမူလ ရိုးရိုးဇယား ပုံစံ ပြန်ဖြစ်အောင် ဘယ်လို ဖျက်မလဲ။ ဘယ်လိုလုပ်မလဲ။ Design နဲ့ Filter functions က ရိုးရိုးဇယား နှင့် Excel Table အတွက် ဘယ် အခန်းကဏ္ဏက နေပါဝင်လဲ Learn step by step on how to add and/or remove all or multiple filters in range data (simple table) and how to add, remove and change excel table, design tools, styles in Excel table, and how to convert Range data (Simple Table) to Excel Table and Excel table formatting problems in Microsoft Excel Myanmar. You can click from the button that you have filtered through: • Clicking “Clear Filter From “---” options • Clicking through the “Clear” button in the “Sort & Filter” group. You can see that the whole data is appeared in a worksheet. So, if you have a large dataset, you can filter data OR use the filter function in each header of the data by selecting text, values, or numbers. After that, you can all re-display all the data by clicking the “Clear” button. HOWEVER, TABLE FILTER IS NOT REMOVED EVEN ALL DATA IS RE-DISPLAYED? NEED TO DELETE EXCEL TABLE? If we want to delete the excel table, • First select all the data by clicking Ctrl-Shift Down Arrow and Ctrl-Shift Right Arrow • Click the “Design” tool button • In the “Tools” Group, click the “Convert to Range” button • Then click OK/Yes You can see that the “Filter” buttons are disappeared from the header. TO CHECK WHETHER THE EXCEL TABLE IS AVAILABLE OR NOT? To check the data can be made available in form of an excel table again or to make or create an Excel table again, it can be done as follows. • Click any cell within the data • Click the “Insert” tab • Then navigate to the “Tables” group, where you can see that the “Table” button is visible. Now, the data is in the range format and since in not the table format, “Design” tools are not appeared. Design tools exist only with the Excel table. TO CREATE EXCEL TABLE AGAIN • First select that table range through Ctrl-Shift Down Arrow and Ctrl-Shift Right Arrow • In the “Insert” tab, click the “Table” button then OK • Again, the “Design” tool is appeared.
