Install spring seat and spacer . Install new O-ring into the fork cap grove and install fork tube . route cables . install fork assembly and tighten fork pinch bolts 36 ft lbs . tighten fork cap . 17 ft lbs Tighten upper pinch bolt 8 ft lbs . install front fender 4 bolts .
