Today is International Sandwich Sunday and we are headed to Turkey to make the Kumru. While I was able to find the sausage for this sandwich, finding kasseri, a sheep’s milk cheese proved a bit more difficult. Fortunately, the European market where I found the sausage had Kaşkaval which I understand to be a similar sheep’s milk cheese. As for finding the bread, no way.
