In this full length painting tutorial, I will show you with easy to follow steps, how to paint these sloe berries (blackthorn) with watercolor. I will show you how to paint the 'bloom' using wet in wet, wet in dry and using colour glazing so that you can paint a painting you can be proud of - using my learn to paint as you paint approach. Equipment that I used: Paper - Arches 300 gsm cold pressed watercolor paper Brushes: a selection of 'spotters' - link underneath Paints: Indigo, ultramarine, black, vandyke brown, green grey and olive green - my paints are made by Mungyo but please use what you have.
