In this vlog from our Asansol trip – Day 2, we visited a newly opened Bengali restaurant called Posto Rajbari. The restaurant has a beautiful traditional Bengali ambiance that gives a real Rajbari feel. We tried several authentic Bengali dishes. We started with Korasutir Kochuri with Bhaja Masala diye Alur Dom, which was an amazing combination. Then we enjoyed a proper Bengali meal with Bhat, Mooger Dal with Chingri Mach, Mourola Macher Peyaji, Postor Bora, and Posto Mutton. All the dishes were delicious and full of authentic Bengali flavors. But the Postor Bora was truly exceptional and the highlight of the meal – definitely a must try! To end our food journey, we had Nolen Gurer Ice Cream, which was the perfect sweet dessert. Overall, the food, the ambiance, and the experience were wonderful.
