Speedway sidecars are one of the most exciting forms of Motorsport in the world . Bikes are purpose built frames with 1000cc engines, with rules allowing up to 1040cc. Competitors have the option to run carburettor or fuel injection set ups on their engines. Horse power from 150-200 + , fuel can be petrol or methanol. Power is delivered through a narrow rear tyre from 3- 3&1/2 inch wide options. NO BRAKES ALLOWED Teams compete as a two person race outfit with a rider and a passenger.
