Part 2 explains in detail how we get values by rotating the knob on our encoder and ignore key bounce that is far too common with the inexpensive versions of these parts. The 'Send Menu' has too many items in it which means that some will get overwritten by other data as you run the program. Also, the project is not very easy to use when you are actually on the air.
