Now, I’m going to hold your hand when I tell you this. Dr Doom, is a pretty bad guy and I hope to God that I have to be the one to tell you this. I don’t even think you have to necessarily read a fantastic four comic to really get that. Dr Doom is synonymous with tyranny, ego, and villainy and saying something akin to he’s trying to fix the world not save it just kinda feeds into the veil of nobility he puts up, he wants to point to the quality of life he’s brought to Latveria and say that he’s doing it for the greater good and see you fall for it you dope, idiot, poopy face. Because, while what he is doing does help Latveria and he does very much care for his people.
