Max $20 discount The NHL regular season is coming to an end as this marks the final I had to watch these more than once. Time has absolute flown by! But this final leg of the regular season, with teams battling it out brought an action packed week. We had brawls breaking seemingly every game whether it was between the Washington Capitals and the Columbus Blue Jackets, the Montreal Canadiens and both the Ottawa Senators and Detroit Red Wings or the Vancouver Canucks and Minnesota Wild where Derek Forbort broke his Orbital bone in a crazy scrap! Adam Pelech was also leaking after getting hit by the Devils Paul Cotter who was suspended. Then, after breaking the goals record it now appears Alex Ovechkin has the all time hits record in mind as he was flying, we saw Adam Fantilli lay a massive hit on Ryan Leanard and then going the other way for a big goal, Gavin Mckenna also had an absolute beauty in the WHL but no goal was prettier than Quinton Byfield scoring one handed against the Kraken. This week also saw NHL history being made! The Canucks became the first team to overcome a 3 goal deficit with less than a minute and win in OT, Nikita Kucherov become just the 3rd player in NHL history with 3 consecutive 80 assist seasons, Marc Andre Fleury become the first goalie ever to reach 70 OT wins and with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Boston Bruins and New York Rangers all missing the Playoffs, it marked another first in NHL history. However, the Winnipeg Jets winning the Presidents Trophy also did so for the first time in Franchise history. Certainly a wild week to cap off a wild season and I’ll cover it all more in todays NHL hockey video. So sit back and enjoy as I go around the hockey world and look at everything worth a second look! #nhl #hockey #highlights
