Yoo, not a bad run! 44 second improvement over the previous WR, which is pretty massive! I got a huge lead in the early game, and then managed to maintain it for the rest of the run. I've now achieved my goal of 46, but despite it being a massive PB, I still don't feel it was THAT good. It's solid, but... it just doesn't have that "quality approved" watermark, so I had a tough time deciding: should I push this even lower, or should I move to other categories? In the end, I think I'm gonna move to other categories for two main reasons: 1. I have a pretty large backlog of categories/games I want to run, so it would be nice to actually complete this backlog at some point. 2. A non-optimal world record is more likely to incentivize other runners to try to break it, so it might be healthier for WR competition. Maybe because of this competition, the record can go even lower than it would if I were to just grind it alone! Nevertheless, I want to say that running 100% has been pretty fun. Maybe, if I can finish other categories relatively quickly, I will come back for a bit to improve the record some more. Well, next up on the list is any%. My 6:18 is over two years old at this point, so it's due time for some improvements. I don't have a goal yet, so we'll see how far I can push it.
