With a mix of rice flour, chana dal, and a handful of spices, this snack is sure to win over everyone in your family. Ingredients: Rice flour – 1kg Chana dal – 2 tbsp (soaked) Curry leaves – a few (finely chopped) Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Butter – 1 tbsp Salt – as per taste Water – as needed for dough Method: 1. Start by soaking the chana dal for 1 hour. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add rice flour, soaked chana dal, chopped green chili, curry leaves, cumin seeds, butter, and salt. 3. Mix all the ingredients well. Gradually add water to make a soft, smooth dough. 4. Pinch a small portion of the dough and press it flat into a thin circle. 5.
