Cheesy White Sauce Meatballs. 𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙍𝙀𝘿𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙎:- For Chicken Meatballs: •Chicken mince – 500 g •Breadcrumbs – ½ cup •Mozzarella cheese - ¼ cup (grated) •Onion – 1 small (grated) •Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped) •Egg – 1 •Black pepper – 1 tsp •Salt – to taste •Italian seasoning / oregano – 1 tsp •Oil – for shallow frying For Alfredo-Style White Sauce: •Butter – 3 tbsp •Garlic – 2 tbsp (finely chopped) •All-purpose flour (maida) – 1 tbsp •Milk – 2 cups (warm) •Parmesan or Processed cheese - ¼ cup (grated) •Salt – to taste •Black pepper – 1 tsp •Red chili flakes – 1 tsp •Oregano – 1 tsp •Cilantro- for Garnish (chopped) ⸻ 𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙐𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎:- Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and seasoning. 2. Shape into small meatballs. 3. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside. Step 2: Make Alfredo-Style Sauce 1. In the another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. 2. Add maida, cook for 1 minute. 3. Gradually whisk in warm milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. 4. Once slightly thickened, reduce flame to low and add parmesan, Season with salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes. Stir until sauce becomes rich, smooth and cheesy. Step 3: Combine 1. Drop fried meatballs into the sauce. 2. Toss gently and simmer for 4-5 minutes so the flavors absorb. Step 4: Serve • Garnish with oregano and extra parmesan. • Serve hot with pasta, garlic bread, or as a rich appetizer.
