Today we are taking a look at the PRIMEWELD CUT60 and putting it through our cutting performance test to see exactly how it stacks up against the other plasma cutters we have tested under $1000. To say it did well would be an understatement. The CUT60 did extremely well in our cutting tests and produced some of the cleanest cuts we have seen from a plasma cutter in this price segment. The results in the video really speak for themselves and I think a lot of potential buyers of this machine will be very pleased with its performance. Couple of things we really like: -Upgraded Tecmo IPT-60 torch -Good customer service and 3 year warranty backed by a company based in the USA -Great cutting quality on 3/4" mild steel -Dual voltage (most 60 amp machines are not dual voltage) -CNC interface port -Optional machine torches available -Includes the pigtail adapter for 110V -Nice 20 foot torch lead Overall, I have to say this is an awesome machine for the price. Anyone who is looking for a plasma cutter under $1000, this is it. Comparing this machine to other popular machines like the LOTOS LTP5000D (or other cut50D machines) you will see a big difference is power and cut quality. For about $200 more the Primeweld is definitely worth the extra investment. That extra $200 gets you a big jump in quality.
