In 2023, this was one of my favorite combos and roundtrips that I had the pleasure of doing while at BroadFutures. But in 2025, it marks the last round trip in the haul. Coincidentally enough, I was able to complete all roundtrips in the Washington Metro before the ski season ended for 2024–2025. The reason for it is because on April 4, I went to Killington for the final time in the ski season as it was the last weekend that the full mountain was open and it was the Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge at Killington, which was a lot of fun to see in 2024. And in 2025, it once again marked the final weekend of Bear Mountain being opened for skiing. This weekend also happened to be the last weekend that the Superstar Lift ran as a High Speed Quad Lift because in 2025–2026, the lift is being upgraded to a High Speed Six-Pack Lift. So yeah, there will be a lot of changes coming next ski season and I look forward to going back in November. But for now, I hope you guys enjoy this journey Westbound.
