As part of the manufacturing process, we use our own enzymatic treatments to break down the large chunks of protein to free up these rich amino acids that are so attractive to carp. We have also made the Liver Extract more concentrated by evaporating a lot of the moisture out of the liquid, contributing towards its high protein content.
