On January 30th, I started my journey from Chandigarh to Amritsar, where I was picked up by a friend and his tour group and we explored the city together. We travelled to Manali on the night of January 31st to experience snowfall, and it turned out to be one of the nicest winter experiences we've ever had. We had substantial snowfall on the first night of February, and the next day I went to the ancient Hadimba Temple, which was magnificently coated in snow.
