This bakery has such delicious food, I highly recommend visiting. I apologise for the lack of footage, there was one staff member in particular who really didn't want me to film (although the manager gave me permission) and it affected the amount of footage I got. This bakery also gets very busy, which also made it challenging but I wanted to document it anyway as the people of Derby really seem to love this place. There's also a few Bird's Bakeries in Nottingham and Leicester. Supposedly, there are 65 Bird's Bakery sites across the West Midlands, but I have never come across them before.
