This Barbie is from my favorite Barbie line, the “my favorite Barbie” line lol A line with high quality reproductions at affordable costs and that sometimes came with spare reproduction outfits. As a child I was a Barbie junky. ESPECIALLY vintage Barbie. When these came out I was at the perfect age to collect them and play with them. They sparked so much joy in my life, which as a growing preteen into teenager, I needed it.lol I had most everyone as a child in the line, but unfortunately they’re gone, with the exception of one. But I’ve been buying back my collection of childhood dolls that meant a lot to me. And this doll, and this line really take the cake! 2009 was a big year, it came with a lot of changes. For me personally and in the doll field. It was a great time to be a fashion doll collector.
