We are at quarters of FDNY Engine 238 and Ladder 106 (and the Super Pumper) at 205 Greenpoint Avenue, where we see both units as they respond to Queens to Box 7216 at the intersection of Review Avenue and Greenpoint Avenue for a call of smoke in the area. As it turned out, the smoke in question was just normal exhaust smoke from a chimney at a factory along Newtown Creek, so all companies went 10-8 and returned to quarters. Ladder 206 was the first due truck. Tower Ladder 115 was second due. Engine 259 was the first due engine. Engine 238 and Engine 325 were second and third due respectively. Battalion 35 was the sole Chief on the Box. Engine 238 is a 2021 Seagrave Attacker. Ladder 106 is a 2013 Seagrave Marauder II with a 100-foot mid-mount tractor-drawn stick.
