This is a bonus map right after you complete the Unholy Alliance campaign. You start things off with an shotgun and an axe here. Watch out for the fiends as they are one of the most hard hitting enemies you'll face early on in this level! Once you got the cog, return it back at the cave artifact. You won't get an exploding weapon until the very end of this level. Which makes killing the zombies much more challenging, the first wave of zombies involves you of using the Quad Damage, you have to use your shotgun to kill them off for good. The rest of the zombies has a unique way for you to kill them, like crushing them and use an enemy Spawn to blow them up. The rest of this level is unique despite of your weapons having limited resources. You use Quad Damage to fight wave of monsters and at the very end, you'll have to kill Chthon once again.
