This video is for all the men dealing with depression. You are NOT weak if you deal with depression. Men and depression can go hand in hand. I don't know why, in most cultures, men aren't allowed to be emotional. The suicide rate for men is 4x more likely than women. Why is that? I believe it's because men are taught to keep their feelings to themselves. We aren't "allowed" to express how we feel. Men and depression is a serious thing.
