Watercolor Techniques

Welcome back to my class! I'm very excited to share with you all a medium that I've enjoyed using since I was in high school. Watercolor might be difficult for some students, but I hope that this project would make it fun and easy for you. Remember, to be patient and kind to yourself. Enjoy the process! Here are the materials that you'll need for our exercises: -Watercolor Paper (9x12 inches) -Watercolor (pan, tube, or ink) -Brushes (big and small; round and flat) -2 cups -Palette for mixing colors -1/2 inch masking tape or washi tape -Old rug -Black fine-point marker/pen -Plastic (recycled, cut into 4x4 inches) -Alcohol -A pinch of salt -Small sponge (1x1 inch) -White oil pastel or crayon/Candle Wax This exercise was based on 15 watercolor techniques in my previous video.
