In this video I'll show how I'm upping the ante in my gold purchases by buying my very first 1/4 ounce fractional gold coin. Given that fractional gold already has higher premiums, and also the gold spot prices took a dip at the time I picked it up, it seemed like my only opportunity to get this particular kind of coin was at hand. Yes,.. I bought the American Golden Eagle, in all its smaller form factor splendor at a quarter of an ounce, but still a Gold Eagle. This blew most of my budget for the month, and is pretty much why I'd been concentrating on Silver, but with this gold spot price dip, I just thought it was the perfect time to get one of these beauties.
