Sesame Beef with Michael's Home Cooking

One of the easiest dishes to make Sesame Beef, and it's good! Ingredients: Flank Steak, less than a pound Marinade: 2 Tablespoons soy sauce 1 Tablespoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon cornstarch 1 and 1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil You also need: Vegetable or grape seed oil for frying 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds 2 garlic cloves 4 scallions (fresh green onions) I only use the bottom part cut into inch pieces, then the tops for garnish You can also add dried red pepper flakes, jalapeños or anything spicy to your taste.
